Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey. If you haven’t received your tracking details, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@silkspicetea.com.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
